Shipping Policy

We operate as an online retail store and ship orders to customers in all eligible countries. The list of the countries we're currently ship to is below

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days for United States and 3-6 business days for International, depending on the destination and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM local time of the shipping country, Monday through Saturday. 

  • Netherlands: 5:00 PM (CET, Central European Time)

  • UK: 5:00 PM (GMT)

  • US (New York time): 5:00 PM (EST/EDT, Eastern Standard/Daylight Time)

  • Denmark: 5:00 PM (CET)

  • Belgium: 5:00 PM (CET)

  • Australia: 5:00 PM (ACST)


Please note: the cut-off time is displayed in the local time for the customers; our internal processing is coordinated from US by our US warehouse.

Shipping Costs

We cover all shipping costs to all countries that we're selling to. 

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@manekiapparel.com with your order number so we can review the situation.
